I'm gonna write in English, cause I'm at work and want to get this to you quickly.
I've got an amazing keyboard player I've been playing with for the past year. We've started doing to some recordings, jazz side project, dropped once, etc. How hard would it be to get a show out in France? I'd want to give it at least 8 months before doing anyting. I figured doing it early enough could help to deter costs. I guess I could follow the French lead though and steal a couple billion from the bank...haha Anyway, just thought it might be a good idea. We could come in and record a song too, that way you can get some press out about the studio, and get some playing time.
P.S. It would only be myself and the keyboard player just to clarify.
Let me know what you think.
Peace

I would be fine with doing a show in Valence. I'm thinkin that March or April of next year would be the best time. Would there be a way to play a couple shows (fri and sat nights)? Also, I was thinking that it would be fun to record an original song of yours with all the guys while in town before the show. I may also have a trombone player interested in comming by. He currently works on the cruise ships in the carribean, but has vacation time whenever he wants to take it. Let me know if there's anything I can do on my end to help you out with anything. Thanks bro. Talk to you later.
btw That university shooting yesturday was where I went to college... crazy huh?!

Ok. I've been looking at airfare for sometime around march/april. Looks like it would cost about $800 to fly into Paris. Do you think this would be a good time to look at coming out there? I want to make sure that you two are all set-up in the new house, and that I would not be in the way. I figure if we played a few shows I could use some of the money I make to help pay off my plane ticket. Do you think we could play anywhere else in addition to Valence? Maybe Clermont-Fer, or Paris, or even Bourg? It would be awesome to play with you guys and do a little recording too! Then I can come back to America and talk about how big of a ROCK STAR I am!!! HA-HA-HA!!!
Take care brother, I will talk to you soon.

You are a busy man, so don't ever be sorry for taking awhile to get back to me. Hell, we're thousands of miles apart, it's a miracle (and proof of our friendship) that we still talk.
I would love to get a little project going with you guys. I think if I came for 10 days again that should give us the time to work with some of your recording projects, and play a few concerts. If you think it would be easy to play multiple shows I would love you forever! HA-HA. From my perspective, getting to fly over to Europe and play music is just plain awesome! Not to mention that I get to play with some of the best musicians in France!
I can bring you some equipment if you'd like when I come over. Let me know, and I'll see how many extra bags I might have to bring. Most carriers charge extra for that now too, but it's no problem.
Also, is summer time better for you guys? I don't want to burden you, so I can make the trip anytime that's best for you. However, they have the special mint cream oreos during Easter season only, so if you want specialty Oreos let me know so I can put a couple cases away. Ha-Ha.
Cool, well let me know what you would like to do, and if there's anything I can do for you over here, let me know. Talk to ya later bro. Peace.

That sounds awesome man! Thank you very much for the hospitality in advance. I think that I'll make it just a 1 week trip from 3/16-3/23. Can you see if that Friday and Saturday 3/20 3/21 are good to play at the Irish Pub?
If you're still moving in when I come out, I will be more than happy to help you guys out with anything you need. As for the equipment, just let me know what it is you need, and I'll pick it right up for you!
My drummer in Dropped Once was wondering if there may be enough room for him to stay also? He's never been out of the midwest, USA and he would love to check out France. I told him I did not know what the circumstances would be, so I would ask you first. Let me know if you have the extra room, and if it would be ok. Mallory has her final semester in nursing school, so she wouldn't be able to come out till later next year. Hopefully though you can meet her at some point.
So, thanks again man. I will try and get these tickets purchased by the end of the month. I'll let you know when everything is finalized. Talk to you later brother.

Yes buddy...
We should have in our new house kinda like 4 bedrooms upstairs + 1 bureau downstairs + 1 garage (55 m² => 180 feet) so that should be room enough for you and your drummer.
Moreover, nills from the penny kenny's has just told me tonight (after litters of beer) that it would be ok to play on march...)
let me describe it to you : your drummer on electronic drum, you playin' the bass, me at the guitar + bobo and syl singing....what do you think 'bout it ????
your time schedule is good cause evrything should be at the right place by the way on march in our house....
now it's your job boy to get the tickets;...
see ya bro

WOW! This should be one exciting trip. I'm so glad things will work out. I'll go ahead and start getting things taken care of over here, and should have a flight plan for you by the end of the month.
Even though you don't have it, have a happy thanksgiving (turkey day!) You guys should really incorporate this holiday into your national list. I mean you get to eat yourself fat, and sleep until you can't sleep anymore... oh wait that's every american day! HA HA HA
Lata brother.
